The sales rep deserves an Oscar. Truly. They painted a seamless, efficient picture—one that apparently the rest of the company never got the memo on. Once they had our business, the service fell off a cliff. Every attempt to get answers has been a labyrinth of passive-aggressive responses and hollow assurances. It’s now been over two and a half weeks and our belongings have not even left storage. That’s right—they haven’t even started moving. And while I understand contracts and policy fine print, no policy excuses the absolute black hole of accountability this company has become. Here’s the brutal truth: their internal coordination is abysmal, their timelines are meaningless, and their customer service might be the most disengaged I’ve ever encountered.
