STAINSAFE

Description of Work: I purchased the 7 year stainsafe diamond plus "D" Series Wood furniture and Fabric Warranty from Walker Furniture in Las Vegas, NV. When I came home I immediately sent in my paperwork so Stainsafe would have a record of my warranty. So if I had a spill it would make it a lot easier. I filed two claims for my dog that peed which was covered under the warranty within 3 to 5 days of the incident as requested by stainsafe. They say they will call in 2 to 3 days after they get the claim and then will contact you. Not true. You have to follow up yourself. And when you talk to them you always talk to a different representative and are on hold forever. The first claim was difficult because I had to start the process. It took about two weeks from me contacting stainsafe to me contacting the company that was supposed to come out and clean my couch. But stainsafe said to wait and the company would call me in 2 to 3 days. I never received a call from them so I did their work calling the company to come out and calling back stainsafe to fax over my claim paperwork to the company. Time and time again. Stainsafe didn't even know what company could come out and clean my couch. First they gave me a company that didn't clean couches just carpets. Then the other company I had to leave a message with them before they came out. Finally they came out to clean my couch after I made several calls and was on hold with people that didn't know what they were doing. Claim 2: dog peed again. I called them with in 2 days of the incident and sent in my paperwork. They said they would have the company call me and set up an appointment when they got my paperwork. I even told them what company came out previously to help them so they could send the paperwork. I contacted the Couch cleaning company, but they said it would take them 2 weeks to have someone come out so, I called stainsafe again to have another company come out. Once again they gave me other numbers of companies at least two that I recall that either didn't clean couches or didn't return my call. One company didn't even have a local 702 phone number it was 619 area code. I called stainsafe for a least a month talking to different representatives. Finally after months and trying to get the supervisor to speak to me, they said they would send me out two replacement parts. The outer casing for my furniture. But since it had been months the pee had already soaked into the outer and inner core of the fabric. How does sending a case fix the problem of the inner foam core smelling or being cleaned? So I talked to the representative and she said that I should get a letter in the mail confirming the order in a week. I didn't get the letter. So I called stainsafe again. The next representative had to submit the request. Once the request was submitted I waited a week, only ONE outer case came after 6 to 8 weeks. Now it has been months of contacting stainsafe and I called Walker Furniture.
