He was contracted to paint entire interior and complete numerous repairs to get my condo ready to rent out again. I had a long-term tenant previously so there was many areas of neglect and challenges that didn’t present at face value. I am out of state and needed someone I could trust and rely on. Perry kept me informed with pictures and video and was accessible as the project morphed. I was on a tight budget and he was helpful with options to keep on track. Vinnys Home Repair UnlimitedVinnie Home Repair Unlimited again did an outstanding job with the renovation of our Patio and Den. We had Shiplap installed on the walls and Cedar ceilings. Wow what a difference. His company was punctual, professional, courteous, trustworthy and after each day the areas were cleaned, making our lives much easier. Nautical ConstructionNautical Construction is the best! They built me an 80' seawall with a concrete cap. The cap is 4 foot wide! Truly a beast. My neighbors say it's the finest seawall they have ever seen. The dock is two levels with a 25' slip and remote controlled boat lift. As a bonus they added L.E.D. lighting that is also controlled by remote. It makes evening docking a breeze.- Steve M.

Was being bullied by my insurance company to do a substandard repair to my roof. I needed an honest and knowledgeable roofer to provide advice on what needed to be done to fix the roof and on how to deal with a heavy handed insurance company. Jonathan Schroer with Property Renovations and Construction (PRC) provided that expert advice and guided me through the process of dealing with the insurance company. He took the time to inspect the roof, listen to the insurance situation, and provide a path forward. He worked hand in hand with Paramount Adjustment to resolve the insurance issue and then put on a great quality roof with little out of pocket expense from me. I cannot give high enough praise for PRC and for Paramount Adjustment. Kraig Jenner, the PRC Project Manager, and his crew were super throughout the re-roofing process, and the new roof looks great. I highly recommend PRC to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable roofing company.

My mom and I moved to a new home about 2 years ago, and have been wanting to get a metal roof. We had a company picked out, but wanted to shop for options. Paul Stahlman came out with National Homecraft and Solar Shield Roofing. He showed us examples and proceeded to tell us why their roofing was better. The cost was more, but he also said they could do a roof over our patio. Part of the reason we decided to pay more was because 0% financing was available. We didn’t run our credit with any previous companies until we were sure what company we would use. Paul ran a hard credit check on both my mom and myself (of course lowering our credit score as expected) and we received approval for $5000 more than we even needed. We signed the contract and were told they would be out soon. We spoke to Paul a couple times on the timing of when the job would begin, and were looking at the week of Christmas (because he said they don’t stop working and this would be a great week to do it). 31 days after signing, and just a few days after speaking with Paul, we got a letter in the mail cancelling our contract with no explanation. When we called Paul, he said there was nothing he could do, it would cost us $5000 more to complete the project as the parts cost more. How funny that we just so happen to have approval for $5,000 more than the original quote. This company obviously has no value in their customer service, and simply wants to squeeze out every dime they can from their customers. Now our credit has been hit, and we still don’t have a new roof. We’re going to be saving to pay in cash with whatever company we choose, so this deceitful behavior doesn’t happen again. If you don’t mind paying more than the job is worth, and getting screwed over, this is the company for you.
