I love them. They go around the house and knock down the wasp nests on the front porch and the back porch and they service for any ants around the house. The greatest thing was the house is built with tubes in the walls and bugs would multiply in them so they put the pesticide in the tubes.

Lyandon was very profesional and explained everything he was doing to us in detail.  Since it is a new house he did not have to do too much but he still went inside and inspected that everything was free of pests.
I had used the other office for over 12 years and they were great and I have the feeling that the Orlando office is as good as the other one.
I don't change them for anything.

We have been frustrated with this company, yet unfortunately we continued to give them business. First of all, when we found ants in the kitchen, we were told that there is nothing they can do for pests in any kitchen or eating areas. This seemed odd to us. When we called to double-check this info, an appointment was scheduled on an early Saturday morning before we were scheduled to go out of town for several weeks. The person was a no-show for the appointment. We could not get a hold of anyone on the phone until Monday. We were surprised to learn it was the owner himself who "forgot" about this appointment. Also, part of the routine quarterly treatment includes knocking down wasp nests on the house (a common problem in our area.) We usually had to call to request that they come back to remove nests by our front door, as they would typically overlook this area. We continued to use this company, but we continued to be frustrated by various things. The final straw was when we recently cancelled our quarterly spray, because we are building a home and getting ready to move. We were no longer under contract with them. We had originally signed a two-year contract, and then for the past year, we had continued to use them for quarterly treatment for $106 per time. However, construction on our home was delayed, so I called last week to go ahead and schedule an appointment. The woman on the phone pulled up our account, and she told me that since we cancelled the service the month before, they could not spray our house. I was more than a little shocked to hear someone not even attempt to retain a customer. (Our new home will still be in their service area.) When I acted surprised to hear that, she told me she really wasn't sure and that I should call back the next day because there was no one else there for her to ask. When I called back the next day. The same woman answered. I reminded her who I was, and she transferred me to someone else, who I was expecting to take my business. The next woman I spoke to rudely told me that since I had cancelled the quarterly spray the previous month, my only option was to pay TWICE AS MUCH, yet it would only be guaranteed for 30 days, as opposed to the usual 3 months. She explained that this was the only option since I couldn't start a new 2-year contract for this address, since we were getting ready to move. When I mentioned that we'd been loyal customers for three years and that we would still be in their service area in our new construction home, she was unsympathetic and said it would still be double the price for 1/3 the time. Wow. I have never seen such sad customer service. I guess they don't need their customers, which is good, because not only will we not use them, but we intend to share this info with the other 200 families who will be at a meeting next week and are all getting ready to move into their new homes in Home Team Pest Defense's service area over the next few months. I recommend finding another company. There are several in our area for the same price, but the others know what customer service is.

This company has come out special for me before and they never let me down. They take care of whatever trouble I might have from bees to ants.

They are okay. The staff that comes out is nice. They come during the day when we are not here and they do handwritten notes and sometimes it is really hard to read what they are writing or what they treated or what issues they found.

Service Tech Duane arrived on time. He put covers over his shoes before entering my home. He was very professional and explained the services to be performed by his company. He treated interior of home for carpenter ants and will return on 9/11/2013 to complete the service on the exterior of the home. This was necessary due to severe thunderstorms in my area at the time of the service. I am pleased with this company and the Service Tech. I am pleased that the service will be done on a quarterly basis and after initial visit I will only pay $87.00 per quarter.

I used this company for 2 years and all was fine..
until..there was a billing problem.
I overlooked a 100.00 bill...
as I normally pay all my bills online.
so,they sent me a collections notice.
I immediately called them and tried to pay it on the phone.they refused
to take a charge on the phone.
I demanded a supervisor.
she was condescending and rude.
they said that I had to send the payment in along with a note
authorizing them to charge my credit card for all future billing.
so, not only did I do so..but, I paid for overnight shipment of it.
I never heard from them again.
Horrible when they are the only provider of your in house system.
I guess when you have a monopoly you can be rude,condescending and throw business away.
I am purchasing another property shortly and the in home system will no longer be a top selling point but a detraction.

Home Team Pest does a great job for our family.  When we moved into our home 14 months ago it had been sitting empty for about 6 months and had a lot of spider activity on the outside of the house.  It took a couple of visits, but the spider problem was soon under control. 
Jason, our service tech, does a great job.  He always gives our property the attention it deserves and does a great job.  He is very friendly and always seems eager to provide outstanding service.
Highly recommend.

HomeTeam Pest Defense really do a hell of a service. I like what they do as far as the perimeter spraying and that they check the property for fire ant mounds. If they find any they will treat those. I like the sweeping of the house for spider webs and bee hives and the termite inspections. It really is a complete system they do. They explain what they are doing, they call before they come, they tell you when they are going to come, and they call you the following day to see if you have any questions and explain what they did. If you are not at home when they come by they leave a detailed note of what they did, explain what they did, and if they found anything. It is pretty thorough. I would definitely give them As on everything. I will definitely continue to use them. 

Quarterly service for bugs and pest.  If a bug is to show his head inbetween services, they promptly come out and reapply.  Their services for dealing with and removing the roof rats was as good as it could be, and included the identification and plugging of the possible entry points.

I would recommend HomeTeam Pest Defense. Their prices are average. They do a good job. They are excellent and very thorough. I will continue to use them.

They have been doing my house since I moved in. They are reliable, and they come out whenever I need them as well. I would rather use them than any of the big companies.

They are pretty good.

They wipe down the soffits to get rid of spider eggs. I love the fact that they don't have to come in the house & I don't have to smell the spray they use thanks to those tubes. In the four years I've been here I've never had a bug in the house. They always call to let us know when they're coming. If the day isn't convenient they're good about making other arrangements; they very flexible. The tech is very courteous & polite. They'll do about anything you ask within reason - If I say an area needs extra spray, they'll do it without questions or problem.

It is perfect. They are a quality company. I would certainly recommend them.
