"We use Perdido Heating & Air.  I have a maintenance contract with them and they did the Fall one.  It was the last check for the year of 2016.  They do a good job.  They were here the 18th of October 2016.  It costs around $98 to $100.  I would absolutely use them again.  They've always done a good job.  I've had them for several years and they always come when they're supposed to.  They never leave any mess."

That is why I rated the value vs. cost less than 5 stars. It is not the contractors fault, but, it has raised the cost of pretty basic services, Iâ m not blaming the contractors for charging $2000 for a basic water heater/ install!
