"We use Perdido Heating & Air.  I have a maintenance contract with them and they did the Fall one.  It was the last check for the year of 2016.  They do a good job.  They were here the 18th of October 2016.  It costs around $98 to $100.  I would absolutely use them again.  They've always done a good job.  I've had them for several years and they always come when they're supposed to.  They never leave any mess."

That is why I rated the value vs. cost less than 5 stars. It is not the contractors fault, but, it has raised the cost of pretty basic services, Iâ m not blaming the contractors for charging $2000 for a basic water heater/ install! Professional, polite, worked straight through without breaks, even during a tropical storm! Unbelievable workmanship and quality, went above and beyond the scope of work to install a backyard french drainage system, reconfigured sprinklers and downspouts, regraded the yard, professionally transplanted large bushes to make yard more appropriately graded then resodded and mulched the entire yard to make it healthier and more aeathetically appealing.
