That is why I rated the value vs. cost less than 5 stars. It is not the contractors fault, but, it has raised the cost of pretty basic services, Iâ m not blaming the contractors for charging $2000 for a basic water heater/ install! Professional, polite, worked straight through without breaks, even during a tropical storm! Unbelievable workmanship and quality, went above and beyond the scope of work to install a backyard french drainage system, reconfigured sprinklers and downspouts, regraded the yard, professionally transplanted large bushes to make yard more appropriately graded then resodded and mulched the entire yard to make it healthier and more aeathetically appealing. I will absolutely call on them again if anything similar ever comes up.
