"Florida has many rules and regulations, maybe they are working towards becoming the southern CA. , where everyone is running away from⠦⠦ So, because of these rules, requirements, it is more difficult to get things done. That is why I rated the value vs. cost less than 5 stars. It is not the contractors fault, but, it has raised the cost of pretty basic services, Iâ m not blaming the contractors for charging $2000 for a basic water heater/ install! They even made several trips to Home Depot to get the parts they needed, and they cleaned the garage completely before leaving.
