No laborious paperwork to read through and sign. I found that pretty incredible. on the agreed-upon project date he arrived on time and got to work. He moved quite a few pieces of furniture out of the room to be able to do his work. We had not discussed the fact that he was going to have to move furniture and I was sure that there would be an additional charge. There was not. The job he did was extensive and he was very neat and careful with the furniture still in the room. He did a thorough cleanup at the end of the job. IErion is a very nice man and a very hard worker.
