Tony was on time and efficient. Always told us what room he was doing next. Moved furniture without scratching floor or walls. Quiet worker, very friendly, precise work. I had 3 estimates. He came in the best by far!

Tony was the best painter I've ever hired in 30 years. Precise, orderly, fast and throrough. Met the time estimate and was on time every day. We are having more painting done and I would not consider anyone other than Tony to entrust with our home.

I called 5 painters to paint our 3 bedroom/2 bath condo. Two didn?t respond, 2 called back with quotes without requesting to look at the condo. I received a timely call back from Tony who recommended he look at condo prior to giving me a quote. He arrived exactly on time, walked through the condo, explained everything that would need to be done, and advised he would email an itemized quote within the next two days. His quote arrived as promised and was within the range of others I received. We felt immediately comfortable with Tony. Although he could not start right away this was not a problem for us since we were not moving in for a while. The painting took a week (Tony had explained that he worked with only 1 other person), and was started and completed on time.  We were out of town through the whole process but communicated with Tony?s wife Marie via email who kept us appraised of the progress. A friend in the area was available locally if any issues had arisen (which they did not).  Tony did a fabulous job. The condo looks wonderful and everything is as neat as when he arrived. If you are looking for an honest, competent professional, neat and easy to work with we can highly recommend Tony Brown (M&S Beach Painting).

Excellent. Tony does top notch work.  He came as promised, gave an accurate estimate, took his time to thoroughly understand the challenges and work needed, cleaned up well when the work was completed.  He just did a great job. The finished walls look wonderful.  I would not hesitate to call him again.

Tony was able to squeeze us in earlier than expected around the holidays and did an excellent job.  He showed up when he said he would and started working right away.   He worked around our crazy dog and 2 kids.  He used drop cloths when necessary and didn't make a mess at all.  Overall, we would recommend Tony and we would use him again. 

Tony was professional and did an excellent job.  He showed up exactly on the days and times he committed to and worked a full day.  He kept us informed during the entire project.  He did an excellent job and the house looks great.  We were very pleased and would highly recommend Tony and would hire him again.

Nice job of painting, including some areas where it was necessary to paint over wallpaper that could not be easily stripped off.  Tony was industrious and worked alone, which made the job take somewhat longer, but the final result was very good.  He even provided and painted several edge moldings to conceal rough edges of wallpaper. 

Tony was the only painter who submitted a bid at the promised time. Others kept me waiting for days, even though everyone knew that schedule was critical for this work.
Tony's communication was very good - when a conflict arose regarding his planned start date, he called me to discuss the situation. He then brought in extra resources to ensure that the job was still completed on time, despite starting a day later than originally planned.
Tony's work on this job was top-notch. He did exactly what he promised in a very professional manner, and completed the job on time and at the quoted price. The contractor who had performed work just ahead of the painting stopped by after the painting was finished, and was very complimentary of Tony's work, pointing out the attention to detail in some areas that I had not yet noticed.
I will certainly be calling Mand S Beach Painting for my next painting project, and I recommend that others do the same. Thank you, Tony, for an outstanding experience overall. We're very happy with the results.

Tony and his helper were wonderful to work with. They were very professional, neat, and got the job done in under a week. They moved all the furniture and put everything back in place. The quality of their work was outstanding. Having the house painted can be a big inconvenience, but not with Mand S Beach Painting. Job well done!
