I had previously hired Stanley Steamer, the guys arrived 20 minutes till their 2 hour time frame ended & immediately told me they couldn't get all the stains out of my Beautiful cream $1500 couch & ottoman! I said please do the best you can. THEN 15 minutes later told me Again, it's not worth the money (225) to clean it!? And if knowing that did I want them to quit now/no charge? I was So Disappointed! For those of you that are not to sure as to what that consist of I have to go get fingerprinted and then they are sent to the FBI system!! I also absolutely love to clean I am a housekeeper as well.
