The day they cleaned, I met them at the empty house, I let them in and went back to work while they cleaned. They called a few hours later saying they had finished and my total was $270. Much to my dismay, when I returned, I found that the stove still had the two burnt on stains (very obvious near the front), The glass in the door had stains and the inside back didn't even appear to even have been wiped down. I had a can of Easy Off there, so I sprayed the spots and came back after a few hours and all it took was simply wiping up the residue and it sparkled! I took the Easy Off to the wire racks as well as they also had stains on them that hadn't been cleaned. I was also shocked to find that small pile of flour still under the edge of the cabinet on the floor. How could they have even vacuumed and missed it? If you want someone to come in and wipe things down with a damp cloth, they're the ones for you. If you have deep cleaning that needs to be done, I wouldn't go that route unless I was able to be there and supervise. I ended up doing everything myself as I was on a deadline for inspection. Didn't have time to waste worrying with them again! I should have, but time was of the essence!

Finally, Molly Maid broke an irreplaceable item [65 year old family heirloom]. Molly Maid did want to replace the item. However, in return for replacing the item, Molly Maid wanted us to give them the broken heirloom; that was unacceptable. How does one replace an heirloom? After we could not come to a replacement agreement, Molly Maid decided “WE” had too many fragile valuables [in our home] and Molly Maid would no longer clean our home. Molly Maid never did replace or pay for the broken item.
When we would report an issue to Molly Maid, Molly Maid would make us feel that it was our fault.
