"This was the BEST service I have Ever received! I had previously hired Stanley Steamer, the guys arrived 20 minutes till their 2 hour time frame ended & immediately told me they couldn't get all the stains out of my Beautiful cream $1500 couch & ottoman! I said please do the best you can. THEN 15 minutes later told me Again, it's not worth the money (225) to clean it!? And if knowing that did I want them to quit now/no charge? I was So Disappointed! Told them to go. The next morning, the area they cleaned looked Amazing! They just didn't want to work! In the meantime, homeadvisor had sent me another lead, Teddy Bear CC, I just loved the name. Owner had me send him pictures, and it would be no problem! He came the next day, the nicest, hardest working man you ever want to meet! Cleaned my couch so it looks BRAND New! And he only charged me $235, & that included Scotch Garding! I'm so Happy!"

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Excellent home and carpet urgent cleaning service. Called many other companies to no avail, none didn't even answer the phone. Finally, Jessie's House & Carpet Cleaning said they would provide the same day (night) service. Complete move in and carpet cleaning service, last minute request. They delivered on the promise. I called them on a Wednesday at 8 pm and needed an immediate service for a 4,000 SqFt home. They showed up at 10 pm (5 cleaning consultants and a carpet cleaner) in two different vehicles and worked until 1 am. If it wasn't for Jessie's, I would have significant problems coordinating the other services (moving, unpacking, decorating, etc.). Yes, I paid a pretty penny for it, but it was well worth it. I'm glad I had the option to hire someone with such urgency. I don't know of any other company in Jacksonville that would provide such emergency cleaning services and work such late hours of the night. IMO, this is real commitment to your clients. The services were spectacular to say the least. I will refer Jessie's to all my relatives, friends, colleagues, etc. I will be using their services on a regular basis. I highly recommend Jessie's House & Carpet Cleaning for all your cleaning needs."

"I needed to have my carpet re-stretched. Several buckled spots had it looking really old. Travis came out with a power stretcher and made it look near new again. And while not originally part of the service call, I asked about cleaning the carpet afterwards. The additional fee for the cleaning service, since he was already there, was impossible to say no to. Scheduling and pre-appointment communication was great as well; getting the quote, setting the appointment around my schedule and letting me know when they were on the way. Awesome."

A toilet tank burst and sent many gallons of water through one of our upstairs bathrooms and through the floor and ceiling below. As soon as we realized that we could not handle the clean-up ourselves we called Process Master who arrived in about 20 minutes with all the equipment needed to handle the problem. They had enough manpower to vacuum up the remaining water, remove the wet carpet pads, remove wet drywall and clean up the mess. They were very careful with our antiques and artwork--moving them to safe, dry places as quickly as possible. They brought in a contractor to remove drywall and mounding (and the light fixtures, etc.). Their crews worked for an entire work day and they left the house clean and in order. They left behind dehumidifiers and fans to ensure that the house dried out as quickly as possible. They came daily including Saturday and Sunday to check on the progress and remove fans that were no longer needed.
