Brandon&#39;s communication by keeping us informed was superior throughout our experience Although a slight rain delay we discussed in advance a back up alternative date and time - great planning effort ! Brandon arrived and was on site for an estimate. He called in advance and then showed up one hour early Same routine on the actual day of work. Prompt early arrival again, reviewed the scope of work and moved forward Our job initially started as dirt spreading and leveling of fill dirt. However, also included seven or eight stubborn stump removals, neatly disposing of debris and relocating a large coquina rock of about 600 lbs into a nice yard presentation display While working Brandon repeatedly inquired if there was more we needed done progressing through his work - excellent customer engagement Absolutely an excellent contractor experience On time, job done right and routinely checking to ensure if there was anything else necessary to do Highly recommended and will work with Americas&#39; Choice Construction on another future project Competitive pricing for everything completed Thnx Greg Hamilton"

Waited forever to start then subcontracted it out then the sub contractors made a mess of my driveway it's already cracked in 2 places. Sub contractor won't fixed it reached out to Curtis and they told me concrete is supposed to crack. Still hasn't been fixed and I am out my money on a very poor job"

The city came to us with 3 major issues having to do with flood planes, surface water and existing structures. The requirements they were throwing at us would have absolutely killed our project. Troy met with the city officials and negotiated reasonable solutions to each of the problems that saved our project. All of the costly requirements were avoided and we got to do our expansion."
