We dealt with Michael Quail from CFEB. Great estimate, and the invoice didn’t change from original estimate to final payment. We opted to pay extra for the SWR, to increase our insurance discounts. The crew was prompt, and did an amazing job, from tear off, to installation, to clean up. Michael was very knowledgeable, personable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend CFEB.

We just completed our second project with Central Florida Equity Builder (CFEB) and had another excellent experience. Travis, Kasden, and Spencer rebuilt the structure around our chimney which included demolishing the old structure, removing debris, rebuilding the new structure and finishing with stucco and paint. Travis communicated with us on every stage of the work. His team arrived for work on time and worked diligently and skillfully on the reconstruction. My husband and I truly appreciate the honesty, respect, and affordability of working with CFEB again. Thank you Travis, Kasden, and Spencer for a fantastic job!

Said they used all employees but actually workers were from an agency. Workers used claw hammers to strip roof. Put wrong ridge vents on. We had to supply install instructions for new ridge vents. We felt the owner said â Ridge vents cannot go end to end. Itâ s against Fl Bldg code.â Had to get City engineers to force them to put them on correctly. Owner came to the house to check electrical outlets that were all out, checked panel boxes and we feel we heard him say that he was an electrician and had 3 other licenses, that we canâ t verify. Many stains from leaks in BR ceiling and other stains from leaks in other BR and garage from failure to cover roof with tarps during rain storm. Also, they broke a free standing rotary antenna. Since this happened, they are threatening a lien on us, but they will not provide an itemized bill for us as required by our insurance, agreed upon by their sales rep, and needed for taxes. They also are claiming that we had a 3rd underlayment layer when we know this is not correct. Our previous contractor listed in the contract put 1 layer of 30# felt on. We have it in writing . Can you imagine they are saying that he put 3 layers of 30# felt on. For proof, they sent one picture of the same thing and sent it 3 times saying it is 3 layers. Actually, the picture is of the valleys and 30â felt is installed with a 2â overlap and they are actually showing the overlap. They are threatening to put a lien on us, although we have repeatedly asked for them to come to the house to work things out. They will not provide a final itemized bill which our contract says that the 90 day payment plan starts when we get this. They are claiming no knowledge of it, but the sales rep also initialed these parts. We totally feel that this company is not reputable or they would not be exploiting the elderly, as we feel they are, since they will not allow any further contact with the original sales rep who we entered into the contract with. We also feel that the licenses they claim they have may have been attained by someone else., as although we hired what we thought were certified Certainteed installers, none actually were overseeing the install on the roof at the time of installation. What we got were non speaking and non communicating in English people. We would not recommend this company based on our experiences.

Very smooth experience. The shingles and dumpster arrived before the crew. They came in the morning and finished the job by dark. A larger house would probably take more time. The next day the dumpster was removed and the county passed the inspection.

CFEB did a great job on our new roof. Isaiah guided us through the process with helpful advice and was very responsive in answering questions and giving updates. CFEB was able to work within our deadline and the job was finished on schedule. I would highly recommend CFEB and especially Isaiah and his team.

They are straight and honest!

Central Florida Equity Builders (CFEB) were outstanding from roof estimate to roof completion. Ed and Mike were very informative and responsive, answering all my questions about my roof replacement. The workers were great too and very efficient! Before they began, they placed tarp on the ground around all edges of the roof to catch the debris falling from the old roof removal. After the workers completed the roof, everything was cleaned up nicely and my roof was beautiful! I received three roof estimates and I am very happy I chose CFEB. I highly recommend Central Florida Equity Builders to anyone needing a roof replacement.

I did NOT look for my roofer on Angiâ s List. There are too many unscrupulous contractors that use this service. Stay away from Angi and google your own help

Originally had an issue with one of the sales guys that are no longer with the company, after the job was completed. The owner quickly found out about the problem, fixed it, and offered a solution that worked for both of us. I'm a firm believer that what makes a great company is delivering a great product/service and being there for you after the job is completed if issues arise. Many other companies fail at this. I will be recommending them to friends and colleagues. They fixed a home of mine that had a leak on the flat roof section, by replacing the main roof and transition. I am 2 months in and no more leaks. And I feel confident that if any leaks show up due to this replacement, they will take care of the problem, as they offer an amazing workmanship warranty.
