Brandon arrived and was on site for an estimate. He called in advance and then showed up one hour early Same routine on the actual day of work. Prompt early arrival again, reviewed the scope of work and moved forward Our job initially started as dirt spreading and leveling of fill dirt. "Referred by Angi to Outlaw land management, he originally quoted $1,500 but said he machine broke and would have to rent one. If I wanted the job done I would have to pay extra to get it done, the price raised to $2,019.60. He came one day and his machine broke. I never saw him after that and only partial of the job was not done. Contacted Outlaw multiple times over a span of a month with no answer. I finally get an answer and request he finish the job. He sends another person but they did not clear all areas that was contracted for (2nd visit only cleared a small area, did not finish the job). After contacting Outlaw again multiple times with no answer for weeks, I finally got a hold of him, I requested a refund but only received a partial refund of $500. This seemed as though this is all I would get and accepted. However, I hired another company and they are telling me its going to cost more to clean up Outlaw Land Management's mess because they did everything wrong. Due to this I am wanting a full refund of the amount (after the $500 partial refund) due to their error and costing me more money to fix their mistakes!"
