They came out took all of the appropriate dimensions and then delivered me an outstanding set of plans which easy to read and see what was needed for me to make renovations. He knew what my budget was and his proposal was quite fair. His team were great however, there was a bit of a language barrier. The contractor's son was able to help through that. Some of the work had to be re-worked but overall I am happy with the work they did to repair my home. Jay's team were quick to respond to any punch list items after completion.
