"It was a fair price and the job was bigger than we had realized! It was done on the spot w/o hesitation!! There was mold present inside the unit which was completely eliminated, the unity was cleaned thoroughly and sanitizer was spread throughout the ductwork . A UV light was installed to prevent a repeat of this problem. Ron was such a pleasure to meet and did a wonderful job! My home is cleaner and smells absolutely wonderful! Good bye runny nose and sneezes 👋 I would have no reservations calling on this company in the future or, to recommend them."

"Jonathan drove out from West LA within a single day. I've had handymen reject traveling the distance in the past, but here, I've had zero hesitation. In fact, I'd say it was less than 12 hours since I posted the job and got a response back. I looked up chimney sweeping services online, and not only did Chimney Sweep Masters perform the cleaning of the chimney today, I had the fireplace repainted with fire resistant spray paint, a pipe installed and tested and even got some glass rocks for the fireplace to make the whole thing look amazing. Jonathan was careful and took his time to make sure everything is safely installed. Waited around to ensure the old capped pipe was not causing any problems and even tried to get me a new key for the valve. All in all, happy with how fast everything was accomplished. I saved the Chimney Sweep Masters number in my phone and will call them back as soon as I need another cleaning."

"I had Chimney Sweep Pros come out to clean our dryer vent, and I?m so glad I chose them! They were punctual, professional, and did a very thorough job. They showed me the buildup that had been causing longer drying times and explained how important it is for preventing fire hazards ? something I hadn?t even realized. Not only is my dryer working better than ever, but I also feel much safer knowing everything is cleaned properly. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Chimney Sweep Pros for anyone needing dryer vent maintenance ? truly top-notch service."

"I recently hired SoFlow Pro Cleaning to perform a full deep clean on one of my properties—a five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home—and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional attention to detail. Every surface was thoroughly cleaned, and they didn’t miss a single corner. You can tell they take real pride in their work because everything was left spotless and well cared for. What really stood out to me was the professionalism of the entire crew. All employees were extremely personable, respectful, and easy to communicate with. They showed up in clean, impressive uniforms, which immediately gave a sense of organization and professionalism. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. If you’re looking for a reliable cleaning company that delivers high-quality results and takes their work seriously, I highly recommend SoFlow Pro Cleaning. I will definitely be using them again in the future."

Chimney Liner Installation questions, answered by experts

Reasons include repairing damage, upgrading aesthetics, adding safety features, or including modern technology for improved pool functionality.

Pool repair costs come in all shapes and sizes, just like pools. Understanding the potential costs involved in repairing a pool can help you prepare your budget appropriately. Some of the most common pool repairs include:

  • Draining, refilling, and fixing leaks: $520–$4,060

  • Repairing the filter pump motor: $50–$300

  • Repairing the skimmer: $50–$300

  • Pump replacement: $700–$1,300

  • Drain repair: $400–$700

  • Beam crack repair: $75 per linear foot

  • Heater repair: $160–$730

Regular cleaning, pH balance, and avoiding sharp objects help prolong its life.

In-ground pools lose water naturally due to wind, heat, and humidity. They also lose water from the kiddos' cannonball competitions. But be mindful of the water level. If it drops too low and the pump draws in air instead of water, it will likely be damaged and require repair or replacement.

How long a pool liner lasts depends on the type of pool. Most in-ground pool liners last between six and 12 years, while aboveground pool liners last anywhere from six to 10 years. You can extend the life of your pool liner by maintaining proper pool chemistry, adding chemicals individually to avoid staining the liner, using a pool cover to protect it from the sun, and keeping sharp objects away from it.
