As a contractor for over 30 years this has been the most hassle free experience I have had dealing with a contractor. The installers were courteous and very aware of the surroundings and courteous. The new windows are a great upgrade the the house and look great from the street.

Homeowners should be able to go out and purchase their own materials since that is normally a huge savings. Being forced into buying contractor materials isn't fair. Plus who knows where the materials came from, if they are defective, etc....Based on these factors I would NOT recommend this...
