To anyone considering working with Terry Griggs, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. He displayed terrible workmanship and customer service. Terry attempted to place the blame on me for his inadequacies. My job included water damage to kitchen/living room area. He left areas unpainted, he did not repair the ceiling as originally discussed. Kitchen cupboard doors were uneven, and there were scratches on brand new cabinets. Several electric outlet covers were left off, garbage/supplies were left behind and the place was left extremely dirty/dusty. He placed new tile and didn't finish the grout. He took advantage of me as I had to move to Miami for work. He then tried to say he would have fixed things if I had said something earlier, but I was out of town for almost 2 months before I could evaluate his shoddy work firsthand. When I finally was able to see the work, I emailed him (with pictures) and he never responded to me. I have emailed him several times, as has my father who is a contractor in Michigan. My father has attempted to call him, with no answer and no return calls. On top of the lack of response and accountability, there were also multiple delays, which he tried to blame on me but he changed his worker's/foreman, there were several days where no workers showed up and then he changed the company where he got the cabinets and had to change the layout. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy.
