"Very well! This was a trial 2 hour job to see how AFE performs. I used an Angie's list coupon. Angel from AFE contacted me quickly. We met a few days later based on our schedules. He showed up exactly on time. I had him replace a kitchen faucet and then he helped me to remove an old window and fan assembly from the 2nd story of the house. I enjoyed working with him, and was impressed with his level of experience and ability to discuss/do everything from plumbing, to carpentry, to electrical work. I am planning to give him more jobs."

"I needed someone to install a pet door through a concrete wall. Finding someone willing to do that task was a little difficult. Kallpa Control reached out to me through Angi's list, sent Henry out to take a look at the job and he came back when scheduled, on time and did a great job. I could not be any happier. He constantly was cleaning up the work site which was refreshing to see someone actually do that while working. He was polite, respectful and made sure we were pleased with the job before he left."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

You can purchase preassembled or customized endless pools as small as 6-by-6 feet, though larger options are more common. For safety purposes, you will also need to set aside space surrounding the pool to support the pool and pool deck. A pool size chart can help you visualize the best shape for your needs.

A pool heater is worth the expense, given that it can extend your swimming season by several months, depending on where you live. For many, adding a pool heater allows the pool to remain in service from May through mid-October. Even temperatures in the 40s and 50s are tolerable when the water in the pool is heated.

An in-ground swimming pool enhances property value by adding a luxurious aesthetic and functional feature. It appeals to potential homebuyers who value outdoor entertainment and relaxation spaces, thus raising market desirability.

The type of sand you need for your sand filter depends on the manufacturer’s instructions, but you’ll need to use sand specifically for pool filters. Silica sand is a wallet-friendly, common choice that’s relatively easy to replace. You’ll choose between various grades of sand and different-sized sand grains.

Water only runs through a pool heater when not in use if the heater doesn’t have a bypass system. A bypass system stops the flow of water through the heater when not in use. If you don’t have one, then yes, water will still run through the pool heater even when not in use. Not having a bypass system may increase the effects of wear and tear on your pool heater or disrupt the water’s chemical balance.
