Great experience, owner is very caring and hands on in every step, also great crew.. Had 2 jobs done over couple of years, first was designing and adding an inground spa to existing pool, between the designs, the 3d model rendering, colors and materials, Michael does best job in collaborating with customers to custom design the product.. Very flexible and capable of creating whatever design that suits customer.. 2nd job was repaving the whole patio, resurfacing pool, expanding pool, creating sundeck, redesigning pool depth,same great job and outcome. He also took care of updating and upgrading equipment like filter, pump, heater and adding a gas heater for the spa.. Many years now after and he's still very approachable in maintenance of all of his projects.. A real one stop shop..

Mike and his team are fantastic from start to finish. Firstly, the work was very fairly priced and of excellent quality. I’ve had several liner replacements over the 35 years we’ve lived in this house and this one is by far the most precise. Mike was straightforward and honest and just a good guy to deal with. There were no surprises and the whole process was smooth Our pool stairs were in pretty rough shape cosmetically and the options were to replace them or to cover them with an epoxy paint. Mike suggested the latter for cost-effective reasons even though he didn’t do that type of work himself. Our regular trusted handyman did that and it looks fabulous. If you need something done with your pool, I can recommend Mike and his company Gracie Pools without reservation.
