"They knew what they were doing for sure , had many cracks and broken concrete that had dropped and had a big area that was a void, by the time they were done the pieces were together and they filled in all the cracks and sealed them. The only thing now is it looks like puzzle pieces. So now I need to resurface or texture .it was awesome to see"

"Amazing from start to finish! We had a large hole in the exterior wall from an old AC unit. Estimates and scheduling were super easy. The two man crew that did the work were friendly, knowledgeable and kept me updated through the process. The brick lines they did were top notch. It’s completely seamless with the existing brick work. They cleaned up well and even closed up the back gates when they left. I would hire them again for any work in the future."

"Michael Lane has been out to my house several times to measure and answer all of my questions. However, since the work has not yet been done, Ii really can't "finish" this story at this time. I feel confident that he will do a good job and that I'll be pleased, but the jury is still out at this time.
The job was completed in June of 2013, and I was absolutely DELIGHTED! All of the new windows and doors are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Plus, the resulting noise reduction in my house is unbelievable.
I had a few minor issues, but Michael took care of them to my complete satisfaction.
In the highly unlikely case that I'd buy another house that needed windows and doors, I would absolutely hire him again and, if I happen to learn of anyone looking for these services, I would recommend him "hands down" above anyone else. He is a really good guy - very honest, trustworthy, and reliable.

"The gentleman arrived on time to give an estimate. I was looking to have my entire house, patio, walkway, and shed power washed. The estimate was thorough and I was told I would be contacted the next day with the estimate. However, I was not and had to call two days later for the price. The price quoted was higher than I anticipated but I felt it was still fair. I went with another company that came in under Brightway's price, but I would be open to using Brightway in the future for work I needed.
