Viking was highly recommended by a party that just recently had used them. We contacted them, provided pictures of the problem, and were given a quote over the phone. First company who gave a quote from looking at the picture, we didn't have to pay extra for a trip charge. We scheduled repairs for the next day. Aaron called before scheduled time with ETA and was on time.  He was very informative, courteous and helpful. The guys were pleasant and seemed very conscientious about their work. They were concerned that we were satisfied with the job they were doing. Blowing insulation is by nature a messy job. However they controlled the mess throughout the day and cleaned up perfectly when they finished. David followed up several months later to ensure that everything was ok and that we were satisfied.
