Castle Carpets & InteriorsWent EXTREMELY well. I enjoyed working with this family business. We purchased an Armstrong luxury vinyl flooring in a slate multi-color pattern that I had comparison shopped from other Ocala flooring stores. Castles price was the best. The existing flooring in the old part of the sun room was pebble that needed to be removed. Castle came and removed the old pebble flooring so when the new flooring was laid it would be a clean, smooth Job. These folks did an absolutely terrific job. We were so pleased with these folks that we then purchased custom sunshades with valances for all 10 windows and two exit doors on our new sun room. Again, they worked with us to select shades that were within our budget and did the install. The installer, Kevin, did a remarkable job. The corner windows were tough to fit the shades but he worked diligently until the were hung just right. I am so pleased with castle carpet and interiors and will only use them for my future flooring and interior needs. Nice to find a business I can trust and that strives to make the customer happy. Gator Blinds and ShuttersWe are thrilled. Install went according to plan. Everyone was extremely professional, personable and quite proficient. They made sure everything was in excellent working condition before they left. Pam even came out to make sure we were pleased and that it was exactly what we wanted. Yep, they cannot be beat for our money. (Oh yes, they even plastered up some of the holes that were left from the previous owner's drapes!) Florida Carpet & Interiors Inc aka Abbey FlooringThe carpet was a standard size of 12 feet, but we needed 15 feet, so he had to put another part and seam it together. He did such a great job that we can’t even see where the seam is. He also did a fantastic job of putting in the vertical blinds. The blinds were the only things that we had to wait for because they had to come out and measure the lanai and it took about 3 weeks to get it. They had to have it manufactured and it had to be made the length that we wanted, but when he came and did the blinds it was all done in one day. He was also professional. I would use him again and I told him that I would tell others about him. We spent $1502 on that service.- LOUISE J.

Blinds 4 LessNew owner Nestor came out and spent a lot of time understanding what we wanted and showing us lots of options and pricing. He had over a decade in window treatment installation and knew his business. We had estimates from several other companies ahead of time and knew what we were comparing. We visited the Lady Lake show room prior to setting an appointment and Desiree was quite helpful. She is married to Nestor and together they are taking over the business from the previous owners who are still engaged but have known Nestor and Desiree for years. We were given a three week lead time from Nestor and almost all items came in in three weeks but some items were delayed a few days. There was a problem with one sunscreen and Nestor arranged to have it replaced immediately and it came in a few days later with the other remaining items. The Orlando manufactureer got one frame measurement off but Robert was able to correct it back at the Lady Lake store. Bottom line is our plantation shutters including one over the front entry door side window look great as do all the faux wood valances and new slates for those windows not getting plantation shutters. The sunscreens really look good too. Robert was extremely professional with high quality installation and even corrected a Hunter Douglas extra long support bracket over the lanai entrance so that it no longer hangs wrong and also touched up the paint in a couple of the front windows that showed up after the old window treatments were removed. Great job all around with quality products at competitive prices including a good warranty.- RICHARD D.

Stephanie and Ramon were amazing. We moved into a new house and needed window treatments for all of the windows. Stephanie and Ramon came out to our home, listened to what we wanted, and helped recommend beautiful shades. A week later, Ramon came back and installed them. When one shade did not fit correctly, he coordinated with the manufacturer and was able to get it cut immediately so it would fit. We love the shades and everyone who has seen them wants to know where we got them. We are very pleased with the finished product.

Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

Art and his assistant Gerald was a pleasure to work with. From first contact, Art responded back with me and provided a estimate for the work to be completed in a timely manner. Once we agreed to move forward, Art always kept me informed and let me know what was occurring on a daily bases. Art showed his professionalism through his dependability, quality of work, and his desire to make sure the work was completed to our satisfaction.. Art also showed his flexibility, as there were a few items added to the overall project and adjustments were made accordingly which did not cause a delay in the completion time for the overall project. Art actions shows he cares about the relationship he has with his customers and the overall project he is hired to do, Clearly, should I have any addition work that needs to be completed, I will have no problem contacting Art with A&M Restoration Corp. in Gainesville.

We had several issues with Rain Shield Gutters. The salesman provided an incomplete work order. The main area of our home was not added, we then requested to have it included and the company did not attempt to fix their mistake by simply quoting the difference. The second attempt to complete the order, we again faced issues, they had not provided the leaf guard that was provided for the rest of the house. Would not recommend as the professionalism and accuracy of their work is poor and inconvenient. AVOID AT ALL COST. In addition not able to communicate with installer as they don’t speak English.
