We had Mohawk Carpet installed throughout the house three years ago. Norwalk advertised this carpet to be laid over tile . . . . The floor in the Living Rom started Feeling a little squashy when you walked on it. We called Julian and he Came out the next day and told us what was causing the problem. This week he came out and pulled back the carpet, repaired the Tile below and reinstalled the carpet. Looks great. They do great work and Are so nice and appreciative of your business.
