"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Called Roberson for an estimate on a full roof replacement after Hurricane Ian. Had used them 1 time previously for a leak repair, and they were diligent in finding the leak and getting it fixed. Their estimate for the replacement was competitive and fair, and I was told to expect about 2 months out due to the volume of work. Imagine my surprise to be called 6 weeks early and be told they were ready to go! My neighbors watched in amazement as the team swarmed my roof and completed all work in 1 day with clean up and debris removed. Very pleased"

Finally very excited when they told us this morning (saturday) that a technician would be here between two and four pm. Technician never showed up! I called 3 times requesting an update as to when the technician would arrive?and never even had the courtesy of a return phone call! If you call after hours, it goes to a call center somewhere in the United States! I called another company, 1 Hour AirConditioning in Daytona Beach, Fl. and they will be here tomorrow. Not only will they be here but texted me the info! Total Comfort kiss our 15 year old relationship goodbye! And Jason, you need to up your game."

"On the hottest day of the year so far the A/C for the hottest part of our home quit. A Cunningham technician came out and confirmed what we suspected and feared. Our unit that was installed in 2003 was toast. We ordered a new system and after a few days the crew arrived on a day that was the new record holder for hottest of the year. The system’s air handler is located in the attic of the second floor so it was REALLY HOT up there. Jamie Hughes, Victor and Andrew were very professional and courteous in not only replacing the A/C in a very difficult and demanding situation but how respectful they were of the inside of our home.
