"The company charged $4000 for a pop-up drainage system to prevent flooding in my stand-alone backyard office. When heavy rain came, it was apparent that the system in place was not working, and despite multiple emails, no one responded for six months. When they did, they sent workers out to do the same job that was already done. They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."

Their estimate was more than res is and the workmanship was 5 STAR. I WILL DEFINITELY use them again. Professional, courteous, and friendly. Mike is an expert with concrete and guided us every step of the the way. The patio, sidewalk and Jacuzzi look amazing. Melissa's spoke with me everyday and Mike as well. "These guys are good. They had plenty of help on hand and all the guys worked hard. Good communication. I am happy. 1K below other guys. Their bobcat operator was amazing. leveled the area perfectly. I don't know how he did it. Very pleased with the final product."

"Alans Construction put a stamped concrete patio in. They ruined the kick plate with the concrete color and refused to pay for it but finally did. The job was done very poorly and sloppy. They didn’t put enough color on the patio nor sealed it. Alan, the owner came back to correct the mess and did not. I have had stamped concrete before and we never needed it touched up or sealed again nor did the color fade. Alan advised me that every 2 months the color has to be added which was just another way of getting money for the poor sloppy job they did on the patio not to mention they ruined our property and said they won’t pay to have it replaced when they ruined our kick plate on the lanai. This company does not know concrete or customer service to make it right."

"Had several estimates for a raised section of my driveway due to a tree root. Some wanted to drill holes and jack up the good section to level it with the bad. Another wanted to rip out the entire driveway. David, from Bayview was the only one who offered two solutions. Grind it down or cut out one section, remove all the roots and pour new concrete for that section. Though grinding was cheaper, we went with the better solution to replace that section. David was very professional, punctual and did exactly what he said he would do for the price he gave. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend David and Bayview. We also hired him to add additional expansion joints and paint our driveway. Review for those jobs will be added later."
