"I bought a Sunesta retractable awning 8 years ago. Mike Meadows the owner installed the awning. Unfortunately no gutter was at top the awning and the fabric was damaged. the product was still under warranty however this is not a product malfunction. Mike came out and was able to match up some fabrics where the hole was so i can continue using my awning. Not only did he correctly match the fabric he also cleaned and lubricated the awning and did not charge me for his time and i truly consider this exceptional customer service. I would refer him highly and when i will be able to buy a new cover i would buy from him."

"Showed up when called to access the situation and try to repair manual crank hurricane shutter. The gear box was frozen.
After 2 hours and several attempt decided need more parts. And needed to work from outside with ladders. Did not charge mefor this trip. Estimated $450 to complete job with aid of another worker. After further discussion we decided that an electric motor would solve the problem. Agreed to add new motor and install for$600. Showed up early and finished ithin 4 hours with 2 men installing and fixing the shutter."
