The company that handles the water heater warranty had Benjamin Franklin get in touch with me the same day. It was getting late in the day and I was pretty sure no one was going to show up. Adam, the technician, called me around 5 and said he was on a call, then had to go back to his shop to pick up a water heater and would be at my house around 7. Showed up at 7 and working by himself had me up and running by 9:30 PM and then left for another call. He had been working since 6:30 AM. "Husband tried a do it yourself bathroom faucet replacement. Turned off the valve under sink, but the pipe burst at the wall sending gallons of water per minute into the bathroom on a Saturday morning. Luckily, we had the tool to turn off the water main at the street to stop the flow before there was too much flooding, but needed a weekend plumber. Contacted Chris at Glenn Tatum Plumbing service. He was at a family function with his children, but was at our house within an hour to fix the pipe. Not sure what his regular rates are, but understood the $180 fee for a relatively easy, quick job being that it was not during regular business hours. Thanks Chris!
