The company that handles the water heater warranty had Benjamin Franklin get in touch with me the same day. It was getting late in the day and I was pretty sure no one was going to show up. Adam, the technician, called me around 5 and said he was on a call, then had to go back to his shop to pick up a water heater and would be at my house around 7. Showed up at 7 and working by himself had me up and running by 9:30 PM and then left for another call. He had been working since 6:30 AM. "I called Chris at Glenn Tatum Plumbing Service to give me an estimate on the cost of installing a hot water heater that we had purchased. He quoted me an amount for installation and that was the amount I paid. He estimated that it would be 2 hours to install and it only took 1 1/2 hours. When Chris took the new hot water heater out of the box he noticed that it was dented, he suggested contacting the store we purchased it from to get a refund or a discount. I did call the store and they were able to give me a discount. "Getting the service provider to schedule the work, order the parts, and perform the service under warranty was far too time consuming and difficult.  They don't return phone calls, they have lots of excuses (no parts, new employees, new management, etc).
BUT the technicians are great, fast, and good!
And I got so frustrated that I found someone else to do the work, but only Florida Solar had the parts!  So I was stuck with them.
