"Found Sunlight through Homeadvisor. Have old solar hot water system that needed old pipes replaced. I did not think system was salvageable, and was going to cost thousands for new system. "What great customer service! Had my water heater pipe burst last week in the middle of the night. The company that handles the water heater warranty had Benjamin Franklin get in touch with me the same day. It was getting late in the day and I was pretty sure no one was going to show up. Adam, the technician, called me around 5 and said he was on a call, then had to go back to his shop to pick up a water heater and would be at my house around 7. Showed up at 7 and working by himself had me up and running by 9:30 PM and then left for another call. He had been working since 6:30 AM. Adam really got me out of a bind and I can't say enough about the great customer service from Ben Franklin. Way above and beyond what I expected. Thanks Adam!"

"I called Chris at Glenn Tatum Plumbing Service to give me an estimate on the cost of installing a hot water heater that we had purchased. He quoted me an amount for installation and that was the amount I paid. He estimated that it would be 2 hours to install and it only took 1 1/2 hours. When Chris took the new hot water heater out of the box he noticed that it was dented, he suggested contacting the store we purchased it from to get a refund or a discount. I did call the store and they were able to give me a discount. I had used Chris from Glenn Tatum Plumbing Service just the month prior using Angie's List coupon and he had done such a great job I called him back.
