I found that my Water Heater Tank was leaking early Saturday morning. I left a message with Alligator's Call Service right before 8 am, and Eric called me within 10 minutes. He stopped by and gave me an Estimate. I gave him the go-ahead, and he went to the Shop a few miles away to pick up the new supplies and equipment. Eric finished before Noon, and it was extremely hot in the garage. He did a great job, and I'm very happy it was done in a timely manner, since I had surgery the day before. Kudos ? to Alligator Plumbing!

Alligator plumbing has a topshelf service team with an incredible work ethic . Our remodel is already considerably past the original deadline. We have had to reschedule a family event twice already, which is now scheduled for tomorrow, July 9th 2022. Chris (topshelf plumber #1) showed up onsite and I met him in the driveway. When I saw he was alone I asked him if he was working by himself because of how much work there was to complete; 3 Sink hookups, 2 garbage disposals, refrigerator water line, dishwasher, pot filler and the gas line for the range. When Chris heard how much there was to do and that our family gathering is tomorrow, he made a couple phone calls and 3 other topshelf plumbers showed up within the hour. JUNIOR?, Lee and Sean.This was 2pm on a Friday afternoon and these incredible men busted everything out in under 3 hours. I cannot emphasize enough how hard it is in today's craziness to find a company who cares, let alone one who's employees strive to be the best. My meter was reading up to 20000 gallons of water used in an empty house, obviously there was a leak. I called the first company , they detected the leak , and wanted to charge a huge amount to repair it. Another company had recommended Alligator Plumbing so I called , Frank came out the same day, told me where the problem was and fixed the leak and installed a new shut off valve. Just talking to him I was reassured that this was a man that knew what he was talking about. I have stored the number, if I ever , God forbid, need a plumber again , I will call Alligator Plumbing and ask for Frank, he's the real deal

We will not call anyone again for plumbing related needs. We had to reschedule unexpectedly and the office was very accommodating. Our water heater was replaced and all cleanup was professional.

Great response. Rushed to site and got water off and installed faucet. Told me it would be 15-20 minutes before arrival (just to get dressed and drive) but got there even quicker than that. Very upfront about costs of emergency service and wanted me to acknowledge this. Really was professional and great about no hidden costs and really rushing to this emergency..

Great. Fixed in 15 minutes. the plumber told me what was wrong and how he would fix it, and then did so promptly. He was polite and cleaned up after himself.

It went excellent. They arrived on time, and when another guy who worked for the company had extra time, he showed up and helped as well.

Bathroom toilet was draining slowly and air was backing up when water was flowing into other drains. The tech was unable to find an obvious problem (i.e. a clogged pipe) and suspected a dirty septic tank filter. Tech cleaned the filter and water flow to the drainfield was increased. Hopefully this will solve the problem. The entire process only took about an hour; however, the cost was $195. I feel that was a little on the expensive side. The lesson learned was to find out the cost before any work is performed.  

I feel like the service provider did a very good job! His name was Shaun, and he was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I use Alligator Plumbing Supply & Service Corp.  They were here July 29th.  I called it in and they were busy but I turned off the water.

It went as well as it possibly could.  They performed the work timely and professionally and at the price they originally quoted.  No surprises.  Simply put, they did everything they said they were going to do, and did them well.  Special recognition goes to Frank, who's extensive experience and calm, friendly demeanor made this anxious situation seem rather routine.  I highly recommend Alligator Plumbing.
