I spoke with Harold and he said we were set for our move. When moving day came he didn’t answer and didn’t show up. My husband and I and our two young children moved our own items while also juggling our 10 months old baby. Totally unprofessional. Didn’t even call us back to see if we still needed services. If I could give 0 stars I would! Thank god I didn’t put any deposit or anything.

This company was 10/10. U-Haul delayed my delivery for almost a week. Harold continued to stay in contact with me to let me know he would be available whenever my U-Haul arrived. When the day finally came he and his crew moved so quickly and efficiently. They were extremely respectful. They moved soooo quick! I mean the emptied my U-Haul box in UNDER AN HOUR. They were very mindful of my belongings. I’m already planning to contact them for any additional moving services I may have scheduled. I will definitely be promoting them all over Tallahassee. Thank you all so much for making my move to Tallahassee so smooth!
