I met Nate Austin from Miracle Windows. He was personable, knowledgeable and friendly. He educated me on the differences in Windows. I learned that there are no longer single pane Windows. That's how out of touch I was about Windows knowledge. I was impressed with his "no pressure" session and facts about the process. I even ordered tint with my Windows. Thanks Nate! Ms. Jones

Had Miracle in today for quote on windows. The sales rep Stephen Walter's did a great presentation was professional and courteous and had shown me the difference between competitors windows and theirs. The quality of their product supersedes others I seen.

Stephen did an amazing job answering all the questions and showing off their amazing products with an astounding amount of knowledge and his honesty was a breathe of fresh air!!!

The product looks good the sales representative was nice. The thing I don't like is when it came down to the price the representative would not allow me time to think about the purchase. He kept pressuring me to agree to purchasing the windows right now. To me when someone keeps pushing a person to sign a contract when the person wants time to review the massive information that was just provided to them, then allow people the opportunity to regurgitate the information. I will not be calling them back again to install any windows. Thank you for the response but that is the standard business response and you really do not mean it. From my experience with your sales representative Miracle Windows & Showers only gets customers if you pressure them to buy products from you.

Love our new windows! Such a positive experience. All the installers displayed excellent workmanship.Fantastic job. What a difference in our home. Feels like this old house is brand new. Highly recommend Miracle Windows👍👍👍

Although the job was awesome, it has been 4 WEEKS since they installed the windows. We are still waiting for the inspector to come , check the stickers, and give the ok to Rolland to come and finish the job. I have called several times to the business, they said they were going to take care of it. So far, NOTHING ... Finally after 8 weeks. We have the job completed. It took time to get the inspection. So prepare yourself to wait a little longer. We are very pleased with the results ! Thank you!

Bill was nice and helpful. Excellent windows and definitely recommend them for all your window needs.

Update - October 7, 2024: It has come to my attention that I may have been subjected to a bait-and-switch scheme. After purchasing windows purportedly rated for impact resistance, non-compliant products were installed instead. This discrepancy was only uncovered during the final inspection, at which point the windows were found to not meet impact resistance standards, leading to a failed inspection. The State inspector further advised me that I was not the sole individual affected by this issue. I will provide further updates to this review as more information becomes available, as this matter is still in the preliminary stages of investigation.

Job not completed as of yet/ Started and paid for project on 08/02/2023. Still waiting!!!!!

Paid for two 6 foot sliding doors and wrong ones originally sent to my home. It will be a year waiting with still no doors. Un believable!!!!!b I want this issue to be Resolved Now.

The customer service is very bad. She was yelling on the phone They sent me a young kid to replace the bath tub. They did not do that job before they were learning And they spent one week finishing it, but they did not finish it yet. I am very upset and I do not recommend this company to anyone. Hopefully, they will come back to finish the project soon.

They were so prompt and polite. They totally delivered what they promised!! Very helpful and truly a MIRACLE company!! In comparison to other companies, we got way more for our money!!
