The sales person , Kyle was very informative and was knowledgeable about the product. the installers - team Richie and Rochell did a superb installation job. very professional. Kept the area clean. Removed old windows and all debris. Thank you for a great job.

I have used Morgan Exteriors for window and French Doors for both my previous and current homes. They have always been professional, knowledgeable and responsive. The quality of their work is great. I live on a golf course and had multiple windows broken. Morgan exteriors came by quickly to replace them. Currently, I contacted them to replace my outdated transom windows with new modern and energy efficient ones. Fred H. arrived promptly at 9:00 am. Of course, I went with them again. It was a no brainer. I highly recommend Morgan Exteriors!

After Morgan exteriors was hired and the initial payment was made, they said it was going to take about 2 months to get the kitchen cabinets. It took a lot longer than that. I had to call them every couple of months to see if the product had come in. Then we had a big mix up about when they were supposed to show up or whom they were supposed to call upon coming to the condo. They kept calling me instead of calling the tenants or the management company. Once the kitchen cabinets were finally installed then they were upset that they had to come back and fix it. He actually told me to tell the tenants to fix it themselves.

I want to thank Morgan Exteriors for honoring their 10 year warranty. The office staff, especially Sue and Mr. Morgan's son, Addison were a pleasure to work with. The 3 craftsman that completed the work, Smith, Valentin and Jordi were extremely competent, displayed pride in their work and very ethical. Lynn H.

Morgan Exteriors Inc was the company we chose to install our Hurricane Impact windows in 2020. Having survived Hurricane Ian and the windows were everything we were promised. I highly recommend this company, they are professional, friendly to work with and install high quality impact windows and slider doors.

Curtis, our salesman, was professional, courteous, friendly and prompt. He gave an excellent presentation. He answered all our questions, and fully explained what to expect. He gave suggestions about choosing our hardware and cabinet fronts. We are anxious to have the project started.
