Prime Stone RestorationJuan was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process and made me feel very comfortable. I had this work done before by another company and they made a huge mess. My home was covered in dust. He used a wet process which didn't leave any dust. He left the job finished and clean. My marble looks like new! I had gotten other quotes and his price was very good. He left a good impression and his work speaks for itself. Supreme Environmental & Public ServicesFirst, the sanding job was far more difficult and complex than any of us expected: The oak flooring was laid in a pattern that prohibited conventional sanding. Second the old floor had a layer complex glue under the carpet mat that made it very difficult to remove. Nonetheless, the job was professionally executed by Avery Robinson all the way. Before the job, Mr. Robinson guaranteed satisfaction. When the first pass (stain and two coats of polyurethane) was completed, my wife and I were not comfortable with a few sanding imperfections where the joints came together or there was uneven wood. Mr. Robinson, without complaint or hesitation, insisted on doing the entire sanding, staining, and finishing the job over. He executed the work not only to our entire satisfation, but also on a prompt basis. I commend Mr. Robinson to anyone needing floor refinishing and polishing work. He is a veteran and a man of his word. He is also pleasant to work with and goes to the extreme to please his customer.- Charles M.

Marc's Mobile DetailingMarc showed up on time with his son, and did the above work on both my car, and my daughter's. He and his son did the work in a professional manner, even though he had to work around the rain showers. Both cars looked fantastic when they were done. I’ve used many cleaning services as well as single housekeepers throughout the years, & struggled to find one who didn’t let quality slip after the first few months. Well, I found them, & they are Jessie’s. I’ve truly never been happier & can’t say enough about the level of detail they reach - my husband even notices (! 😄); the team is always polite, thorough, responsive, thorough, professional, thorough, sweet, thorough...you get the message. They are all the things on your “wish list” & then some! They always want me to check to see if anything was missed or if I want something done differently, but there never is anything missed & nothing ever has to be done differently. From baseboards to the insides of windows (on rotation) - & the insides & outsides of glass doors (!) - to washing down every kitchen cabinet to scrubbing my cooktop to like-new, to reaching every speck of dust, to even washing the glass I left in the sink (!!), my house really does SPARKLE after they’ve been here. Yes, this company is more expensive than others...but after all my decades on earth, I’ve learned that you really do get what you pay for. And with Jessie’s, that’s miles past any other housekeeping company out there. THEY ARE SOOOO WORTH THE PRICE! Oh! They can also do more! They can send someone to clean your carpets, help you move large items, get you ready for a garage sale, pressure wash, and on & on & on. Truly full-service. Good service, on time, well done, BUT . . . told me to look at the web site for prices when I stopped in to make the appointment. The web site priced out $10 less than charged at completion and they also wanted to charge an additional $4 for the credit card. I paid the whole bill in cash (including the extra ten). I tipped $10 (normally I tip $20 for this job) but did not return to have GF's car done the following week. Just didn't seem professional enough to feel good with return business. That's just me. You may feel differently. After all, the clean up and wax were good!
