Prime Stone Restoration is a family owned and operated company that has been in the natural stone industry for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on our customer service and knowledge. No job too big or small. We have worked on jobs all over Florida. We are Stone restoration specialists. Often we are called to come in after another company to fix their mistakes. We are known in the Mega Yacht industry and have worked on many celebrity Yachts. I mention this just so you know we are true professionals who treat our clients jobs as if it where our own. In order to work on these boats you need not only the proper insurance but cleanliness and expertise is a must, with a crew of sometimes 20 people watching your every move. I as the owner guarantee to be at every job from start to finish with the best price and even better service! We were very pleased with the restorative work Juan, owner of Prime Stone Restoration, did on our stone floors and on our marble and granite countertops. He is very professional in all regards â in coming to discuss and estimate the projects a homeowner wants done, in arriving at the stated time to perform the work, in bringing all the right equipment, and in efficiently doing the work. He gladly shares tips on how to care for and maintain the newly restored surfaces. We had a couple of follow up questions a few months later that he came and addressed. Heâ s knowledgeable, skilled, and very nice. His charges seem fair. Weâ d gladly have him back again.

Juan was just awesome and extremely wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable about marble and how to handle bringing my marble floors back to life. Customer appreciation post: A shout out to a company that got it right every step of the way. We had etching and stains in our granite countertops and none of the home remedies worked. I found Juan online who incidentally also had the highest positive ratings for stone repair in Jacksonville. Long story short, you couldn't ask for a more professional, prompt and standup guy for the job. Quality of work, cleanup and overall presentation was a 10 star visit all the way.

Juan performed a miracle on my kitchen (granite) and master bath (marble) countertops. Both countertops had stains that I wanted removed. He was able to remove the stains and seal the counter tops. They look brand new again.
