I really did not know about peel seal as this was my first experience of handling this myself. He made me feel comfortable and explained everything . The workmen arrived prior to 7am on the first day. Could not believe it but they worked till after 6:30pm on first day. Next day inspection. 3rd day here they came at 6:45am and finished at Noon. "I am very excited to give an update about PRC. They are a wonderful company. Though there was an issue in the past, they have more than made up for it. I came to learn that the company was going through a major reorganization last fall, weeding out some bad apples. This can happen in any business. PRC has gone above and beyond to make things right for me. Hiring Rick P. to run the show alongside the top brass has proven to be an excellent move by the company. He is kind, called me regularly, stopped in to personally oversee the repairs, and made sure that superior quality and service was afforded to me and to the project. They reroofed my flat roof, bought me an expensive hurricane resistant (fantastic) wood and glass door, gutted the room, added a new ceiling, new walls, new thick insulation, fixed an air conditioning issue I had, hauled away old equipment, installed new, fixed an outside hole, rebricked outside, repainted and added carpeting of my choice to the room. "After detailed measuring they ordered the shutters.  The sliding glass door upstairs going out to a porch was a problem because the porch floor sloped to drain rain and the shutter had to be "customized."  Jack did a great job.  They were here from 10 a.m. to after 4 p.m.  They were very knowledgeable and professional and wanted the job to be perfect.  Jack is even coming back in a couple of days just to check and make sure the concrete filler doesn't slip.
In June they pressure cleaned and lubed my existing shutters and made sure they would open and close properly.  I will definitely have them again next year for maintenance.

"Andy came to look at old deck (which was starting to rot). He explained the process to me. As I had already decided to use Trex decking, I was pleased that he brought samples of the different types of decking that Trex offered. Made my decision easier. After a few delays (hurricane, etc.) the old wooden deck was torn out and replaced by a wonderful new Trex Transcend deck in the island mist color. Fermin and Jhon arrived the first day and tore out the deck and supports. They also cleaned out and leveled the area for the new deck. By the next afternoon, I was the proud owner of a beautiful new deck! Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I am very impressed with their work ethics as well as their willingness to keep going even though it was raining. I appreciated that I was ask for input as Fermin was spacing the boards.
