All Shutter Maintenance & Pressure Cleaning

Owner Jack Minerd returned my phone message within the hour and had an opening so he and his partner Matt came over to access the work and advise a price. All was agreeable so I hired them. Worked entailed removing the shutter housing cover, inspecting the condition of the shutters and then cleaning the shutters with a pressure washer. Afterwards they lubricated the moving parts, reinstalled the housing covers using new stainless steel fasteners and then re-caulked the covers to the wall. 
Both Jack and Matt were polite and professional. They need to enter the home to operate the shutters and were considerate of home and our privacy.
The way mud-dobbers and wasps build nests inside of the covers, I am sure I will have to hire them to repeat the work. Great job guys. I would hire them again

First of all, they attached 'Angel Wings' inside a fifth floor window, then climbed out on said Angel Wings to repair a rolling hurricane shutter that was stuck. They cleaned and lubricated that shutter and another one which also needed the Angel Wing apparatus. Next, they cleaned and lubricated a total of 500 s.f. of accordion shutters, which had not been serviced in at least 10 years. They took their time and did a thorough job. They were careful to put drop cloths on the floor before bringing in the tools and equipment. They were knowledgable and pleasant. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Will not comment due to name being given  I thought everything was confidential.  Will not give an accurate evaluation.  Why would anyone write the truth and have possible retaliation.

Telephoned him early in the morning and came within one hour to repair my accordance shutters, where the lead roller had come out of the track.  He also adjusted two other shutters which would not line up with the locks.  To replace the rollers in the track, required him to take down the whole accordance shutter.  The owner and his helper were very professional and helpful in telling mehow to maintain accordance shutters .I would use them again.

After detailed measuring they ordered the shutters.  The sliding glass door upstairs going out to a porch was a problem because the porch floor sloped to drain rain and the shutter had to be "customized."  Jack did a great job.  They were here from 10 a.m. to after 4 p.m.  They were very knowledgeable and professional and wanted the job to be perfect.  Jack is even coming back in a couple of days just to check and make sure the concrete filler doesn't slip.
In June they pressure cleaned and lubed my existing shutters and made sure they would open and close properly.  I will definitely have them again next year for maintenance.

Jack & Matt were prompt, gave estimates of time and cost, & got to work right away. They were thorough, constant, considerate and did a great cleanup job, which was VERY much appreciated. They were kind enough to listen to my questions, explained how and why things needed to be done, how I needed to follow up, and gave options and advice when asked. They extended a year warranty on their work and offered to come out if I needed help in closing shutters if a storm was eminent. I would definitely hire them back again.

Jack responded to phone call and came out for estimate. Came out to do the work the very next day with his asst Matt.
They did a great job And was very reasonable for the work that they did. Was very pleased with the work and very friendly.

Jack and his assistant Matt are the team for maintenance and repair of roll down window shutters. Their knowledge and equipment provide the best and lowest cost solutions for shutter problems. Having had over 15 shutters repaired by them I am completely satisfied with the results. They are the best!

Went well.  I haven't had to put the shutters up yet, but they did put a few panels on.  
The only thing they didn't do was fill the holes left by the previous bottom plate.  They did clean up after themselves!

My house had been rented for 2 years and the shutters were in bad need of cleaning and repair. This company responded to my phone call the same day I left a message. They were out the following day for an estimate, and performed the work the day after that. One of the shutters was totally inoperable and they were all functioning poorly. They were also extremely dirty with leaf litter, etc. Most of the stops were missing. My house has had many modifications made since the shutters were installed (vinyl siding, vinyl soffit and room additions) which made working on the shutters more complicated. All Shutter Maintenance did everything necessary to get the shutters functioning and looking as new as possible for shutters this old. They repaired, lubricated, cleaned and replaced the stops. I had them pressure clean my entire house and two wooden porches, lots of mildew on the siding and the wooden porches were filthy. I just couldn't be more satisfied. This is the first time I have submitted a report to Angie's list I was so pleased.
