"The technician Alejandro that did the service was on time, professional and informative! The only thing is they charged me on the higher end for a kitchen drain clog. I did not mind paying the price because I have a older home because I was told they give a year warranty before he started the job but after the job was completed another technician informed me they offered no warranty on their service because my home was a older home. From past experiences with other companies, I love companies that offer warranty on service because that majority of the time means they get the job done. Other than that I had a good experience with this company."
