"My pool deck looks amazing. My pool deck was broken and not draining water off it when it rained. Shannon and his guys came in and completely redid my deck with pavers. He let me see his samples and we worked together on which pavers would look the best and be functional. He got the drains to actually do what they are meant for which is drain. He even found where my pool was leaking and fixed it. I can believe what a difference the pavers made on updating my pool area. I couldn't be happier."

"I have never used Angi before for landscaping and they came out and thought that a French drain would be the best thing. They were very polite and courteous and they did a grate job. I would highly recommend them."

"I thought it was going to be a big job unclogging the toilet from an object that went down the drain. But it was quick and easy. Brian was polite and efficient. In and out 15 minutes tops. Here id the problem though: HomeAdvisor gave me a price of $ 117 for 2 hours work. This was a complete lie. I was charged$250 for 15 minutes. It does not make sense. Who screwed up the estimate. He did not give me a quote before doing the job, so naturally, I did not think it would exceed the quote they gave me. So something is fishy. Still, due to the convenience I paid it. I could have waited and gotten other quotes. Lots of other companies called but I already had them on the way. But when you are selfly quarantining in a pandemic, you need your toilet working and you do not want a bunch of people coming to your house to give quotes. But what gave you a wrong quote or the company not adhering to it."

"The entire team at National HomeCraft earned 5 star rating starting with Kathy who responded right away on scheduling someone to come to our home for the free consultation. Followed then by Jeff Beback the representative who explained each step of the process to renovate our 30 year old shower. Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. They were punctual, hard working and very skilled at removing the old shower and installing the new. And we saved thousands going with National HomeCraft versus our first quote!! Overall an excellent experience start to finish!!"

Storm Drain Installation questions, answered by experts

The difference between a right-hand and left-hand storm door is where the handle is located. When looking at the door from the outside of your home, a right-hand storm door will have the handle on the right-hand side, while a left-hand storm door will have the handle on the left. Your storm door handle will be on the same side as your front door handle.

Professionals ensure energy efficiency, enhanced security, and compliance with ADA and fire safety regulations.

Yes, installing or replacing a storm door is a manageable DIY project, especially for those with experience replacing regular doors. Many modern storm doors feature simple, pre-hung designs and come with the necessary hardware, making installation more convenient. With basic tools, a DIY installation is possible, though professional services can ensure proper alignment and weatherproofing. On average, installing a pre-hung storm door takes about four hours.

Bi-fold doors need clearance to fold into the wall, so they eat up a few feet of space. They are hard to move in snow or high wind. Many homeowners now choose sliding or sectional-style doors for smoother daily use.

While sometimes used interchangeably, screen doors and storm doors have key differences. Screen doors are simple structures, typically composed of just a frame and a screen, designed to keep out bugs while allowing air circulation. In contrast, storm doors are heavier and more complex, built to protect your home's main entry door from weather and intruders. They usually feature an aluminum frame with interchangeable tempered glass and screen panels, allowing you to switch between ventilation and insulation. A storm door offers more protection and versatility but generally costs more than a basic screen door.
