"They snaked the shower drain and the first attempt was not successful. After going out to get better equipment, they came back and did a great job and cleaned up afterward. Michael and Tony were the servicemen and they could not have been more pleasant and helpful.  They are two very nice people to have in your home."

"The service went great. I had called multiple tree services around town, based on high reviews and other criteria. The best deal I could get was $450 to remove ONE small tree and trim the trees growing alongside my house (and on to my roof). I saw the 'Treeman' working on my neighbor's trees and looked him up on Angie's; he had great reviews, just not enough for him ever to appear in my search results. I called, and he drove by my house and gave me an estimate two days later, which is fast considering some tree places would take two days just to respond to my calls. You can tell the gentleman knew a lot about trees...I mean a lot. He gave me a couple of service options and explained which trees would be a future problem as well as other tree's health conditions on my property... very knowledgeable. I was just trying to get one small tree removed and several trimmed, but when I found out he could remove 4 problematic trees and do the trimming, for only $25 more than my best estimate (ended up being $475 total), I jumped on the offer to avoid any future headaches. We agreed on a date, his team came out and trimmed, cut and removed everything. Please trust my warning: do not be afraid that his prices are so low that his team's performance will reflect that. I highly recommend Call the Treeman

"This contractor did an excellent job with installing two new closets in my home. I highly recommend this company as they do exactly what they say they're going to do. They did not leave my home without making sure I was 100% satisfied"

Storm Drain Installation questions, answered by experts

You can install a storm door on almost any door. Storm doors are designed to fit single exterior door frames. Whether a specific door fits into an existing frame depends on the frame's size and configuration. Patio and sliding doors are exceptions, as some aren’t designed to accommodate storm doors. A local door installer may be able to modify a frame to fit a storm door.

Bi-fold doors need clearance to fold into the wall, so they eat up a few feet of space. They are hard to move in snow or high wind. Many homeowners now choose sliding or sectional-style doors for smoother daily use.

Storm door panels are typically made from tempered or laminated glass, and each type has its benefits. Tempered glass goes through a special heating and cooling process, increasing its strength and durability. It’s known for its safety features—when it breaks, it shatters into small, relatively harmless pieces rather than sharp shards. Laminated glass is made by sandwiching a layer of plastic between two layers of glass. This interlayer holds the glass pieces together even when shattered, preventing them from scattering.

There are a few ways to make your storm door less drafty. For example, if the bottom of your storm door is letting in air, you can lower the door sweep so there’s a smaller gap between your door and the floor. You can also install weatherstripping or apply caulk around the door frame.

Storm doors provide an additional barrier for your main entryway and offer several features that can help deter intruders. Many models have glass panels, which let you see who’s outside without opening the door, and others come with their own locks, creating an extra layer of security. For the highest level of protection, it’s best to combine storm and security doors, security cameras, and alarm systems.
