The guys from Pioneer showed up on time and waited 15 minutes for me while I was finishing up my morning errands thinking they would be late like plumbers in the past. Luis R. and his partner did great work and they answered all my questions and knew what they were talking about because I googled everything they said on my cell phone. The cost was a little more than I initially thought it would be but they explained that this was because I did not have a clean out. They even waited while I called back another company to make sure they weren't overcharging me for the work and when I told them the other company would do it for 20 bucks less they price matched! Now my toilet and shower are draining fine after they unclogged the drain through the roof vent and all this was done in under an hour so I could still get ready for work on time. Would definitely recommend these guys for you plumbing issues. We are going to use them again to install a main line clean out.

"Call the Tree Man promptly came to provide an estimate. He was very professional and has years of experience working with other companies and now his own. The estimate was e-mailed to me the same day. His price was the most reasonable by far and the pine tree removal was done without having to close my street for several hours which would have been upsetting for our neighbors.
The crew arrived on time, completed all the work in a timely manner......even with a thunder storm delay. They cleaned up well included the branches in the pool.

"The work is alright, but I don’t know about the quality product.Ever since we’ve had it, the water quality doesn’t seem right. The water stings our eyes, it smells, and laundry won’t lather up. It doesn’t seem to work like it supposed to. We have been using their services for 5-7 years. They installed the system initially. They have been really good about servicing our home, but I don’t know. The company is very responsive and does what we ask. They are a little expensive. My only complaint is that they do not notify you when it is time to do the annual checkup so it expires and then we have to pay extra. This has happened almost every year. This year, I asked them to notify us beforehand and they did this year."
