"Shawn and Drew (GOLDENHAMMER owners), where very punctual, and attentive to our wants and needs. All of the subcontractors performed their jobs in a very professional manner, while making sure everything was completed as we wanted. The sequence of work was excellent, as the foundation had to be poured before the framing, and the framing before the roofing. Everything went very smoothly, with Shawn and Drew constantly checking in making sure we where happy with the work and progress.
The inside project required the removal of a ceiling, all the insulation removed, new lighting, insulation, and ceiling. A 28 foot beam had to replace the weight bearing removed wall and all went very smoothly. The area was blocked of with plastic so the dust and insulation did not filter throughout the house. Brandon, their onsite supervisor, was very helpful with suggestions and always available.
I would not hesitate to hire them again, and have referred several friends that needed renovations to them. They restored my confidence in contractors again!"

"From beginning of tear down to installation of shower door took about a month. Nobody gave us this information upfront. Delays included one installer getting sick and ordering of door once the shower was ?done.? We don?t care for the very large drainage area in the middle of the shower floor. The walls of the shower look great and the chair is very nice. Great shower head!"

"Charles came with two sons. He had injury to his left foot just a few days before I contacted him. He came with crutches and supervised his sons. All three are very polite. They turned off every light and locked the doors every day before they left, unlike my general contractor and builder who frequently left the lights on and door unlocked, even one time they left with the key in the dead bolt. I didn't tell Charles and sons to lock the doors and turned off the lights, they did it with their professional ethic. They also notified me the numerous defects done by my builder- the most important one being the leak from the spigot pipe causing water under my bed room's floor. I contacted Charles to repaint the interior and repair the ugly area of wall in prominent view which had been repaired by my builder and his worker six times and still ugly and also the painting was patchy. Charles and his sons corrected all. I am very pleased with them."
