First of all, setting up the appointment was a breeze. Derric helped figure out what the issue was even before the technician came to my house. I sent him videos/pictures of my shower and just by looking at it he knew that we had to change the shower tower for a new one. The supervisor came in and installed it. The glue caused the shower to move a bit, and the owner came back and fixed it himself! I didn't get charged until I was 100% satisfied with my shower tower. They are awesome!!! "Due to problems , company did not come on 1st scheduled day. Carlos did come on time on 2nd scheduled day. Work performed rapidly and apparently correctly. Carlos answered my questions about drainage intake and outgo from dishwasher as well as disposal. He took away the old unit in the box of the new unit to throw away. I would recommend him to install garbage disposals. The price was slightly higher than Lowe's installation but they refused to schedule installation unless I showed up in person at the store where I bought the new disposal online. Y&D much more convenient and worth it in terms of time spent. ."

"The company was very responsive.  I put in a request on Saturday and within a day they responded and we set up a date to fix it on Tuesday.  Joshua showed up on time and replaced the garbage disposal within 15 minutes.  My only complaint is the cost.  I researched the cost of the Badger 1/2 HP garbage disposal that was installed.  The retail cost is $87. 
Milan & Son's cost to me for the garbage disposal and installation was going to be $250 but there was a  10% discount because of Angie's List which brought it down to $225.  Thus if they paid full retail price for the garbage disposal, they received $138 for 15 minutes of work.   It appears plumbers get paid well.

"Everything went very well.  I got a courtesy call before arrival letting me know that the guys were on the way.  The gentlemen that came were great.  They quickly found my septic tank and went to work.   Given were my septic tank is located, they had to cut away the plantings but did so only after asking me if that was OK.  They also put everything back after they were done and cleaned up after themselves.  They were done in about an hour.
