"The deal on Angie's list stated that wires would be "dressed." To me this means that the wires would be covered. There were wires sticking out all over and was extremely unsightly. I had to pay an additional fee to "dress the wires." When that was completed, it looked much much better. Unfortunately, the pictures below show how it looks now. "had purchased this on a Deal. I moved my office to the in-law suite, and wanted something outside my norm - yet not too jarring. The decoraator is in Mass. We communicated via email, Pinterest., Houzz, their website and phone conference. I planned to reuse my light cherry office furniture, but needed to get rid of the white wall look. I sent photos of the room and a floor plan. I answered their online style questionaire and sent photo of the furnishing, my favorite Arts n Crafys desktop lamp and some of the art work I wanted to use. The result was a vibrant palate that is invigorating and joyful to work in. Using the colors from some paintings I collected in Africa15 years ago and my electric taste. the result was very bold. (Formerly my definition of bold was any color other than white or beige. The cair rail and lower walls are a terracotta with a rich deep gold on top. The remaining woodwork and doors are a dark slate gray with a satin finish. (Really - no white glossy woodwork.) I feel like I am in some exotic place when I work. I have met with other designers in the past. They ask your likes, then tell you what think regardless. Not so here, the process was interactive, two sided and balanced. The results are stunnung. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, even if no big deal is available.

"Jeff completed a project for me in Crystal Beach, TX. He did a nice job finishing out the space and was nice and responsive during the duration of the project. There are a few disappointments that we thought could have been handled better. The project completion was pushed back several times over several months. I ended up getting charged $800 for a caulk job that he originally told me cost $200. Appliances were on back order to be delivered to the property. They were going to be delivered in June'23 (1st payment on the project was Sep'22). We decided we didn't want to wait that long and told Jeff we would have them delivered to our primary address and take them down to CB, TX. He talked to me and my daughter and never mentioned the stove size he had screenshot and send me was incorrect. We now have a 24 in stove in a 30 in gap which is very frustrating since he knew and failed to mention that to either of us, nor send me a correct screenshot of what actually fit in the space."

"The installers arrived with the product early on the 12th. They began with the base to the cabinet wall and to the desk. From there, they built upwards to the ceiling.  They insured that all the cabinet doors fit properly and that the drawers were installed properly and worked as planned.  Each of the book cases sections had 5 shelves. A light was added to the hutch bottom to give light to the desk.  Everything was made to order for the room, based on plans Brian drew up on two previous visits. The oak is stained to a light/moderate color and really brightens the room.  Having had a mixture of pieces in the room, this change makes a big differences. I am glad I called Brian and decided to have him and his associates build this home office.  If I see any other needs for casework in my house, I will certainly give him a call
