Best floor sanding pros near Marathon, FL

Hello, we are a company started by a couple of ex Veterans. After leaving the service, we decided to use the skills and values we honed to help homeowners improve their most important asset. It’s our pleasure to serve!

"When we bought our house, we immediately wanted to do a full remodel to change pretty much everything. Something that I didn't like at all was the wood floor it had. They looked like they had not been touched in years , all scratched and worn. My husband and I started to look for a professional company to do the job. We came across Martinez Wood Floors because they were working on the neighborhood, so we asked them for a card, did some research online, and gave them a call. Professionals from head to toe, they arrived the day of the estimate. They told us that the floor we had was very good quality and that they could restore its beauty with a process, so we didn't have to change the entire floor. Save a lot of money there. To be honest, I was not convinced at the beginning because I wanted another color, but I agreed. The process was incredible fast and clean. Took about a week to have them done. I do not not anything about the middle, but floors came out fruitful. I never thought they could look like that. Amazing, I just love them so much now. We are in love with our wood floors, and thanks to this company we saved money and have the floor of our dreams. Forever grateful, happy customers."

"The service was amazing. I know them and when I needed someone to do the work I could never have done it without them."

"They will come back to do balance of house later.  Very careful about moving furniture and taping walls.  Floors shine...need sunglasses if the lights are on ;-)
Surprised how neat they were.

"We hired Mallol for 2 projects. First one was polishing travertine floors and cleaning and waxing water damaged engineered wood floors. Both came out amazingly beautiful. Second project was repainting antique wood floors, cleaning and waxing engineered wood floors and polishing tile, stone and travertine floors. Again, amazing work. Very polite, friendly, hardworking, honest and the price is very good."

"AAA construction is the contractor we hired to remodel our house. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, essentially the entire interior of the home. From day one, until we moved in and even until recently when a small adjustment needed to be made, their professionalism, attention to detail and talents as contractors were second to none. We met with many contractors before we sat down with John to discuss our plans and before Dustin came to our house to start the remodel. I can honestly say that we were lucky in hiring them. These days it is difficult to find a skilled much less honest contractor to perform even simple jobs. When you add the knowledge and experience they have I believe it would be very difficult to match. Their work ethic is what some of us would refer to as old school. Again this is something you can appreciate after you meet with enough other companies and realize how many impostors there are in Dade County. With AAA you have a contractor with a college degree in this field. Do yourself a favor and in the very least contact them and discuss your plans. Feel free to contact me via email for a reference. "My house is now the "gem" of the block! The painters were all friendly, courteous and responsive. There was much attention to detail and the property was left clean and protected each day. The provider checked in frequently and kept me informed of any issues (it was amazingly easy to work with Mike). The project was completed in a timely manner, and the work is superior. I will most certainly contact Preferred Painting again. Outstanding!"

"Great work and great price . Marcos recommended where to get floors from which made looking easier. Marcos is friendly and reliable. Always replied whenever I had a question about the flooring materials."

"I have 2 dogs and a young child, and when Alex cleaned my sectional couch it looked brand new! It was so good we had him do it again a few months later. I've already recommended him to a coworker who needed cleanup work after a hurricane."
