I’m so glad I chose Five Star Bath Solutions of Orlando to remodel my bathroom. Stepping over my old tub was getting harder, and I wanted a safer option. They replaced it with a walk-in shower that’s low-step and slip-resistant, and it has made my life so much easier. The installers were respectful, neat, and explained everything clearly. The shower walls are grout-free, which means no scrubbing mold or mildew anymore. For anyone in Orlando looking for a professional bathroom remodeling company that specializes in safe, modern showers, I can’t recommend them enough.

I haven't had installation yet - but the sales presentation from Angel was excellent. No high pressure. No oversell. No drama. Just the facts presented with honesty and sincerity. We agreed on a fair price and am now awaiting installation. I'll update after the shower is in place - but, as far as the sales process and presentation from Angel, it couldn't have gone better.

Everyone from my salesman, Miguel,my project manager, Damaree Brown to my two installers were amazing to work with.very happy with our new shower and the price was very reasonable.

Everyone was so polite and professional when everything came in for our bathroom they worked on it several days and they included us in it when they have questions and all that for us to enjoy, I would recommend them to my family and friends. My bathroom is beautiful and my floor.

They are a little backed up but they used professional contractors that will do a great job with your bathroom. Especially Alec our installer, I will be contacting him again about future plans.

Five Star did a really great job for us! Shower of our dreams and cheaper than the BIG companies. I really am happy I chose them. I will attach a photo of the shower so everyone can see how nice it is! I show it to everyone at church to brag about how nice my shower is lol. If you use them, ask for Miguel the sales guy. He reminds me a lot of my grandson. Very nice guy.

Had many sales people come to my home. Beware! By far the best value, savings, lowest price, and no nonsense long dialogue. I paid less than a third than the highest quote, and also a bit less than the lowest. They worked with me in order to get the most for what was in my budget. Consequently we did two bathrooms. The workmanship and materials were as good as it gets. I thank you Five Star Bath for really being the right solution for my needs.

Had a meeting with Steve for the purchase, but after we were sold Steve disappeared and we were dealing with Eli. The contract and things discussed with Steve were NOT what Eli was in agreement with and we had redo the complete contract. It took almost 3 months for the project to be completed and it was a hassle from start to finish. It was already frustrating because of the language barrier, but at some parts we felt bullied into having things done that we didn’t want. Robert was great and I’m really enjoying his work. The last picture I posted is after a week of the project finishing. Whatever is used to seal the cracks started separating. Getting into touch with someone when there is an issue is hard work and instead of being asked what day is good for someone to come fix an issue, we are being told of a day someone would be stopping by. The work looks good, but the customer service needs some work.

This company replaced our showers and did a great job! The guys were in and out in a day and they were very nice!! Here’s a pic of my shower (which is nicer than my mom’s) since my mom already added hers haha. Best shower company in all of Orlando Florida!!

I am completely blown away by the professionalism and attention to detail! From the initial call to the salesman who came to see me all the way to the actual work being done. Everyone was friendly and professional and never hesitated to answer my questions. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

Did the job 6 months ago. Last night the new shower came on BY ITSELF. Had to cut off house water. Called 2x today and was assured I'd get a courtesy callback. WATER STILL OFF. STILL NO CALL TO FIX THEIR PROBLEM. Get your bathroom update done elsewhere. CUSTOMER SERVICE NON-EXISTENT.

We had listened to two other sales pitches from other companies prior and we never felt comfortable. Elizabeth from Five Star was very thorough and answered all of our questions with great understanding and care. Our installer, Jarell, was very courteous and performed the bathtub demo and shower install within a day. The craftsmanship was high quality and he cleaned everything up well. He walked me through and answered my questions. This whole process was very professional and they definitely earned their name!

Five Start Bath solution was excellent form the initial contract signing through the finished remodel everything went as expected. The crew was very professional and made sure we were happy with everything before the completed the remodel. The glass enclosure company was very professional and we could not be any happier with the final look of our remodel. Eli kept us in the loop and the project progress and we are very happy with the complete project.

The contractor failed both inspections and abandoned the job. Through dozens of emails and investigation it is clear that it is a not reputable business company who obtained our business through misrepresentation concealment and lies. If you are looking for poor installation, unvetted contractors and contract without completion date then you hit spot. Unprofessionalism, pathological lying and excuses is what you'll get from owner Bhavik Shethia and Steven Lindley. Their feed back is so bad they cannot even have a social accounts..
