Synthetic Stucco Installation or Complete Replacement
This company is awesome. You will not be disappointed in selecting Reliable Home Innovations for your repair needs. They went out of their way to assist me as the homeowner. In a contested roof repair they came out and personally showed the general engineer of the roofing company how and where the roof was the problem and not the stucco as the roofing company was trying to state. This was no money up front just wanting, me the customer, to not get ripped off. When was the last time you as a customer had that kind of service? Since then they have done a number of jobs for me, stucco repair, door repairs, water drainage issues and all have been top notch work. They are my go to repair folks for everything. Again, you will not be dissatisfied by selecting Reliable Home Innovations.

Traditional Stucco Install or Completely Replace
The quality of work was decent however the project has been "finished" for over a week and there is touch up that needs to be completed and has yet to be done. I communicated the scheduled arrival of my painters with Reliable and assured clean up and touch up work would be completed before then. Well it is Friday afternoon and painters are scheduled for Monday morning. Doubtful this will be resolved before then. A little over a week is ample time for the stucco to cure and complete any touch up work that needs to be done. I still have a dumpster full of debris in my front yard along with some still sitting on the ground. There is hardened stucco around the foundation that has not been cleaned up. There is scaffolding in my backyard along with materials sitting in my shed. I have communicated at least three times and assured everything will be taken care of however day after day passes with no resolution. Not to mention a stucco job usually takes a week considering the size of my home and we are now creeping up on 2 months ago.
