(the pressure washing crew did leave much to desire as they moved my plants out of the lanai and did much damage). Other than that, the owner was a delight to deal with as were the painters. "Hiring Noel Painting was a great experience. First of all Richard their sales person and estimator was very professional and knowledgeable. He made it very easy to get approval from our HOA as he gave me a folder that had a copy of their license and insurance information and a little history about their company. The painters did a great job and very meticulous. I had two other bids, one was close to Noelâ  s estimate and the other was off the chart, $2,000 higher than the other two bids.
