If anyone considers getting solar and furthermore considers Advanced Solar & Spa located in Fort Lauderdale and Fort Meyers. Please do not use them! We paid over 70,000 to them in 2016. Now my micro inverters are having serious issues and the array that is shown is wrong because they did not place the panels with the micro inverters in the places that they showed to be according to Enphase. Now I am stuck with output problems and the only way to fix it is to have another company take the panels off the roof and check them individually and reinstall. At a cost of roughly $2000.00. I have tried repeatedly to get Advanced Solar to fix their mess up and they will not respond. All they did was send me a list of the panels and micro inverter numbers but I have no idea where on the 41k system they are. Enphase sent me a new micro inverter. However when the guy I hired went up there to change it the bad micro inverter didnâ  t match the panel. These a- holes just put them up in no particular order instead of following their own schematic. I have begged them for their schematic and have received zero help.

After the damage from Hurricane Ian we needed to have our solar panels for heating the pool replaced. While there were a couple of hiccups on the way with insurance and whatnot in the end Advance Solar and Energy worked with us to put together a solution that fit our budget and performed the work in a timely fashion. This is our second set of panels for heating the pool and both have been handled in a forthright manner, with the work performed up to expectation. I would highly recommend this company to others thinking about hiring them for your needs.

Fast and efficient

Brian Reznor was fantastic and so helpful in getting our spa delivered and installed. Another company had made numerous mistakes in our order and delivery, but Brian and Advanced Solar took charge and made it all come together as problems originating with the another company, not the local distributor Advanced Solar, seemed to just be getting worse. Brian Reznor is Advance Solar greatest asset in our opinion and we would have Advance Solar do our solar work in the future for sure. Thanks, Brian.

Installer was excellent.

Solar is an expensive endeavor and the pay back will never be recovered. I would not recommend solar hot water heating because of what my experience has been!!

Advance Solar strikes again! Advance Solar installed a solar water heater at my home on or about 10/13/2015. The tank was installed in the garage. Some months after the installation our house watch person found a large water spot in the garage ceiling. He went into the attic and found the pipes to the solar collector had not been properly sealed going through the roof, and he went onto the roof and found that the tiles had been cut and not filled in after they were cut. Summary of a slop job. The installers according to the paperwork were Jesse and Moe. I wonder if they were with the Three Stooges, based on the poor quality of what they did. Move ahead to February 2020. My installer attempted to install a hot water recirculating pump. He had to disconnect the hot water line at the heater tank. He found that Advance Solars top-notch crew of Jesse and Moe had broken the nipple by over-tightening it and then jury-rigging it to seal it. The nipple was broken under the jury-rigged cover. The broken nipple was not removable and my 4-year-old heater was JUNK. It will cost me about $2500 for a new heater. I think you would have to be out of your mind to use Advance Solar.

Solar array installed Nov 2018, one year later the system is still off-line and not producing electricity. FP and L confirms that the solar array is not producing electricity. Massive delays, no clear communication, and terrible service.

I worked with Jose. He was very nice & accommodating. Tomas did the install & he was great too. I will definitely use them in the future & recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys.

Needed our solar water heater replaced after 12 years. Advance Solar was the initial installer. They were able to give me a good price for the replacement.

They did an awesome job for us, and we went back to them for repairs to our system after Hurricane Irma and her sister, Tornado Thelma, tore off 1/3 of our ground mounted array. They got us back up and running quickly.

Advance Solar did an awesome job. Very professional installation. Would highly recommend them for your solar pool heater and salt pool.

Put in wrong inverter, a 7600w was installed and my system was 9.3kwp. This was a save $ on their part, had to put a 10000w system in.
