I wish all installations/contractors could do business the way they do. They deliver what they promised, it is as simple as that and they are super friendly. "We had a water softener installed 5 years prior that was not working at all and that previous company wouldn't fix the problem. Rather than purchase from that company again, I decided to get quotes from other companies for a new system. I am so glad I found AOK through Home Adviser. I really appreciated Kristie & Kevin were very knowledge about the problems with my water softener system. Kevin offered to repair our softener, but we decided it was best to replace it. Once Kevin had removed the old softener, we were able to see the reasons why our 5 year old softener had not been working properly to soften the water at all. The resin was of seriously poor quality and the carbon was almost non existent. Kevin installed a new softener with much higher grade resin (which he showed me before installation) and we got a 2 tank system with one being devoted to carbon only for better performance. The difference in water quality was IMMEDIATE! Kevin did warn me about possible discoloration for a short time due to new resin and carbon filtering, but that went away within a day and didn't cause any quality issues. I m really happy with A-OK Water Services. I would highly recommend them for work quality, customer service and price point. Awesome people to work with. They also provided salt services for a reasonable price and deliver higher quality salt that what I can purchase in the stores myself. Being disabled, I need that help because I can't handle those heavy salt bags."
