"I called Mr. Simmons Sunday afternoon for a quote and the discussion was very quick and detailed, very professional.  He said without seeing it based on my description it would not be over $300.  Since he was going to be in my area the next day he was able to fit my job in.  He arrived right on time and immediately started setting up and getting to work.  We had a brief discussion about what he was going to do and at that time my husband added the driveway cleaning onto the job for an additional $20. After it was all done and he was packing his equipment up he glanced at our mailbox and quickly washed it up!  Made me laugh because he said you can't have a mailbox looking like that after the house is clean.  I can't say enough about how wonderful the house looked after he was done.  I already plan to have him come back in February to do the roof.  I will call on him again when it's time to clean the siding and his link is going on my facebook.  Professional, friendly, is not impatient when you ask questions.  He deserves every A review he's had.
